RETURN POLICY

Under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and OCPB regulations, customers have consumer rights in the event of defective or misrepresented goods.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product received does not match the description or your order
  • The product is incomplete (missing components)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom or personalised orders made to specification
  • Products that have been used or partially assembled
  • Digital downloads
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us by the dedicated page within the eligible period with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for incorrect items only, subject to stock availability.
