We currently ship within Thailand and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and costs are displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods (e.g. Songkran, New Year) processing may take additional time.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions are displayed on the website when applicable.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. GraffCraft Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date by the dedicated page. We will liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
